| Found late September in the Yellowwood State Forest; Brown county. Hard wood forest; disturbed ground (trail edge). Formerly called Inocybe geophylla var. lilacina and Inocybe geophylla var. lilacina. These mushrooms produce a brown spore print. Note mature specimen (lower right). |
